Pupils from Church Stretton School will help the community by helping residents of the town with technology problems. The
group are holding a one off café session at the Mayfair centre in the town on Thursday the 30th of January.
The group can help people with computers, smartphones, tablets and wristband technology.  Refreshments will include hot and cold drinks, cakes and biscuits.  One of the pupils, Tom aged 15, said “the group came up with an idea of a tech café to help people with their technology questions or problems. We can help demonstrate all sorts of items so just bring in your device and we will help you”, he added “a computer suite is at the centre so we can also demonstrate how to use computers including using Word
Documents, setting up and sending emails and using the web.
We can even help repair certain items”
The event is free and open from 11am to 2pm.
