Free loft and cavity wall insulation!

Stretton Climate Care can now arrange free loft and cavity wall insulation for most domestic properties.  There are no age or income criteria, although there is a small surcharge if your home is bigger than average.  This funding is available for a limited time, so Act Now!

Town Council Offices to be made energy efficient

Church Stretton Town Council offices are being made energy efficient with a grant received from the Department of Energy.

Bus Passes need to be renewed.

Is your bus pass due to expire this year?  If it is, you will need to apply for a new bus pass.  Please see attached details.

There are now two skips available for cardboard, alongside the other skips in the Lion Meadow car park, opposite the Co-op.

Shropshire Council U-turn on High Street

The Southern Area Planning Committee of Shropshire Council decided this week to overturn the decision it took at its last meeting in October to proceed with the pavement widening of Church Stretton High Street.
