National Planning Policy Framework and Lack of Five Years Supply of Housing Land

SAMDev discussed at Shropshire Council Cabinet

The Cabinet of the Council decided to recommend that the alternative housing and employment land sites, identified by the Town Council, should constitute the final SAMDev forward development plan for the area. If this decision is confirmed by the full Council on February 27th, it will mean that the site for a housing and industrial estate at New House Farm at the foot of Caer Caradoc will simply become a reserve site until the preferred sites are confirmed as deliverable.

Road Closure - A49 Onibury to Bromfield

Both directions will be closed from 20th February to 21st February between 8.30pm and 5.00am.  A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
