This inspiring cookery workshop will teach you how to create exciting and nutritious dishes with confidence using seasonal herbs and fresh Spring produce. Not just for vegetarians and vegans, this hands-on day is aimed at anyone who wants to understand more about using herbs and vegetables in their cooking. You don’t need to have a veg patch as some of the best greens can be foraged for free! As always, bring plenty of containers as you will take home all you make in the day.
