SAMDev discussed at Shropshire Council Cabinet

 
The Cabinet of the Council decided to recommend that the alternative housing and employment land sites, identified by the Town Council, should constitute the final SAMDev forward development plan for the area. If this decision is confirmed by the full Council on February 27th, it will mean that the site for a housing and industrial estate at New House Farm at the foot of Caer Caradoc will simply become a reserve site until the preferred sites are confirmed as deliverable.
