In these Terms and Conditions "we, our, us, Church Stretton Area" refers to Church Stretton Area Community Interest Company, also referred to as the "CIC", and the Church Stretton CIC. References to "our Website" or "the Website" are to the web site with the domain name www.churchstretton.co.uk

Objectives of the Web Site

This web site has been created and is being maintained for the purpose of promoting Church Stretton Town and the surrounding area, its facilities, opportunities, culture, community, businesses, economy, clubs, societies, charities, environment, natural history, scientific interest and any other activity that positively impacts the general well-being of the area.

Advertising policy

Advertisements listings, and editorial content will be accepted for events, services, social and business activities, and other items of interest solely at the discretion of the CIC.

Limitation of Liability

The CIC will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of the CIC, it's employees or agents.

Content

The site contains material contributed by many members of our community. Content using sexually explicit language, abusive, libellous, or personal comments will not be published. Anonymous content or use of pseudonyms may not be accepted.

We will not display comments that directly relate or refer to advertisements.

You may refer unsuitable content to us using the 'Contact Us' service.
