Planning Applications

Shropshire Council is responsible for all Planning Applications. Their website provides a comprehensive listing with relevant dates, copies of all the plans, details of objections and consultations.

If you wish to monitor Planning Applications on a regular basis, then the Monthly Planning Lists are available on line, with options for you to be emailed automatically when new documents etc. are attached to applications.

You are able to select by Parish, in our case Church Stretton, All Stretton etc. If you select by Post Code, e.g. SY6, then the resulting list may be too long if you do not also restrict the selection to a short time period.

The Town Council reviews and comments on all Planning Applications for the Town and the Applications are available in the Town Council Offices. The Town Council are always pleased to hear your concerns about Planning Applications although they are not instrumental in the decision process.
