Town Council Meetings

Town Council meetings are held at the Silvester Horne Institute and are open to the public.  All COUNCIL meetings commence at 7.00pm (unless otherwise stated or agreed by Council at a previous meeting), with a 15 minute Open Session allowing questions from members of the public on Agenda items.  All COMMITTEE meetings commence at 7.00pm (unless otherwise stated or agreed by Council at a previous meeting).

The table below shows the Town Council meetings planned for this year. When available, Agendas and Minutes can be downloaded and viewed from this page for each meeting by clicking on the 'Y' in the appropriate adjacent column.  Previous years are available through the menu on the left of this page. 

The Agenda will confirm the date, time and structure of the meetings. There is often a period for Confidential Items where the Public and the Press will be excluded. Confidential Items are typically discussion and decisions on items that are sensitive for Legal, Commercial, Personal, or Employment reasons.

Minutes are published after amendments and ratification at the following meeting. Please contact the Council Office if you have any concerns.
