Church Stretton and the surrounding area has excellent shops, accommodation, services and facilities for residents and visitors. There are ample opportunities for business, employment and volunteering with over 100 local clubs and societies, support services for the young, elderly and those with specific difficulties and disabilities.
The local Ring and Ride bus service covers all the surrounding parishes and supplements the Taxi companies. There are scheduled bus and rail services to and through Church Stretton, also.
