Town Council Offices to be made energy efficient

Church Stretton Town Council offices are being made energy efficient with a grant received from the Department of Energy.

The bid was prepared in partnership with Stretton Climate Care and Shropshire Insulations, with the assistance of Dave Green, Energy Services, Shrewsbury - and out of 200 applications, only 82 were successful.

The grant is being used to install solid wall insulation, and Stretton Climate Care held a public meeting on 20th March, where photographs and materials were on display for residents who might be interested in solid wall insulation.
